We all experience times when we need a little help figuring out what changes we could make to help us find happiness, contentment and/or balance in our lives. Or, we know exactly what we need to do but lack motivation or we’re just frozen, afraid to step into change. Other times life throws us a curveball and thrusts us into change we don’t feel ready for. This workshop will explore how to embrace change and identify aspects of your life that, if adjusted, could help you to coast through life’s challenges more easily. You will learn what steps can be taken immediately to begin to find more peace, contentment and ease. We will talk about ways to overcome the obstacles to change that may appear and how to resist the urge to fall back into old habits. This is a virtual workshop via Zoom. Wendy McLoon is an IIN Certified Health Coach, specializing in helping people through life’s many transitions and the anxiety associated with change. This includes people who are empty nesters, navigating divorce, changing careers/jobs, considering marriage, managing relationships (family, friends, lovers), grieving loss, etc.
