This course will introduce participants to basic computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel. Students will learn the basics of creating a word processing document and an Excel spreadsheet. Some computer experience is necessary. This is a great follow-up course to Very Basic Computer.
After a review of the basics, practical applications will be presented with features and functions of Microsoft Excel. Students will be guided through the process of creating, formatting and editing spreadsheets. Form layout and design as well as mathematical calculations will complete this learning experience. Prerequisite: General computer operations skills and basic Excel skills

This workshop will discuss the risks of using online services, and provide concrete, practical steps to help protect your privacy, including password managers, alternative web browsers, ad-blockers, and other settings and tools.
